Training Schedule

Note:  Must be 18 years old or older (except for military)

 TO GET THE BEST RESULTS FROM OUR TRAINING, WE RECOMMEND TRAINING 3 TO 4 TIMES PER WEEK. GET ADEQUATE SLEEP AND RECOVERY TIME, EAT CLEAN AND BE CONSISTENT

Class times for “Training of the Day” (TOD)

  Monday

  • 9:00-9:30am, 9:30-10:00am, 10:00-10:30am, 10:30-11:00am
  • 11:00am-3:00pm lunch/admin/ (gym is closed)
  • 3:00-5:30pm Open Gym/Skill & Technique Practice
  • 5:30-6:00pm
  • 6:00-6:30pm
  • 6:30-7:00pm

Tuesday

  • 9:00-9:30am
  • 9:30-10:00am
  • 10:00-10:30am Warrior strength-cardio/club, mace, & bodyweight training
  • 10:30-11:00am
  • 11:00am-3:00pm lunch/admin/ (gym is closed)
  • 3:00-5:30pm Open Gym/Skill & Technique Practice
  • 5:30-6:00pm
  • 6:00-6:30pm
  • 6:30-7:00pm 

Wednesday
